Conference Rates

Early Bird                    January 29 - February 26       US$ 545

Bird on a Wire             February 27 – April 26          US$ 595

Flightless Bird             April 27 - September 30         US$ 645

What is Included

Registration includes admission to all conference events and spaces including four small workshops (one each day), pre-conference online gathering, all workshop materials, and lunch all four days of the conference.

Workshop Selection

At the time of registration, you will be able to choose from 19 different small workshops and select/confirm ONE of your four small workshops.   For your remaining THREE workshops, workshop selection will take place in early August.  At that time, all registered participants will be invited to submit their remaining preferences.  You will be invited both to select specific workshops as well as to indicate preferred and non-preferred modalities to guide us in placing you when specific workshops are not available.

Please note: workshops are designed to be small.  Because of this, although we are confident that everyone will be placed in some of their top choices, participation in any particular, specific workshop is not guaranteed (with the exception of your workshops chosen at registration, which is set).  It is important when registering to understand that you are registering for the conference experience in totality and not specific workshops or facilitators.
